Refund & Return Policy
At EchoBask, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact us at support@EchoBask.com.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), EchoBask will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full refund/replacement.

Customer Remorse (Personal Reasons): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. EU 14-Day “Cooling Off” Period
Specifically for our customers in the European Union (including Bulgaria), you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the items meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. To ensure a faster resolution, please provide clear photos of the damage in your email to support@EchoBask.com.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Personal care goods (beauty products, underwear, or swimwear).

Custom or personalized products.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Sale items or gift cards.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
